Rahughat Mangale hydropower project is located in the Myagdi district of the Western Development Region in Nepal. The total investment for the project is 55 million US dollars, with a designed discharge of 12.0m3/s and equipped with 2 units, installed capacity of 35.5MW. The project's average annual electricity generation is estimated to be 20.31 million kWh.
Loan for the project is provided by local banks in Nepal. Currently, the project is progressing smoothly, with 75% of the overall progress completed. It is anticipated to achieve commercial operation status by the first half of 2025.
